Voting will be held Friday October 17, 2008 during the FCTM Annual Conference in Jacksonville. |
| All eligible voters must be a member of FCTM no later than July 1, 2008. |
| Votes may be cast between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm in a location near the FCTM Exhibit area. |
| If a member is unable to attend the conference, an absentee ballot may be requested |
| no later September 12, 2008. |
| Absentee Ballots |
| Requesting an absentee ballot relinquishes a member’s right to vote on-site at the FCTM Annual Conference. |
| Returned Absentee ballots must be received by Friday, October 10, 2008. |
